The TurboDNA PCR kit includes everything you need for the fast extraction of nucleic acids. The protocol time is 10 minutes with a hands on time of less than 5 minutes.

How it works

TurboDNA PCR includes magnetic nanobeads (TurboBeads) which efficiently bind to nucleic acids in a binding buffer (non-chaotrophic). Following the rapid magnetic recovery of the beads, they are washed twice and the nucleic acids is eluted into a DNA storage buffer (TE buffer, pH 8) or pure water.
