TurboBeads Click

TurboBeads Click are highly magnetic nanoparticles with diameters of below 50 nm. The surface of the particles is covalently functionalized with primary aliphatic Azide groups (>0.1 mmol/g) and can be used in copper catalyzed click reactions for the convenient coupling with alkine groups. The linker between the alkine groups and the particle surface is (PEG)₈ to minimize non-specific surface interactions.
